Boxのコラボレーション権限（共同所有者、編集者、ビューアーアップローダー、プレビュアーアップローダー、ビューアー、プレビュアー、アップローダー）と各権限の詳しい機能については、box スキルの references/collaboration.md に掲載されている権限一覧表を参照してください。その表を使って該当する協働者に最適な権限を判断したら、アクセス権を与える前に必ず担当者に確認を取ってください。
最小権限の原則を適用してください。デフォルトでは、その協働者の業務に支障をきたさない範囲で最も制限の強い権限を選択し、ルートフォルダへのアクセスより特定のフォルダへのアクセスを優先し、外部協働者とのアクセス権には有効期限を設定してください。

Box AIが活躍できる場面は、人間の判断をサポートすることです。具体的には、書類が完全かどうかの確認、リスク要因の指摘、メタデータの抽出、契約書の比較、デューデリジェンス（買収時の事前調査）に関する質問への回答などが挙げられます。ただし、必ず引用元を明示し、最終判断は人間が行ってください。

Use that matrix to determine which role fits a given collaborator, then have the human confirm the choice before granting access.
Apply least privilege: default to the most restrictive role that still lets the collaborator do their job, prefer specific folders over root access, and set expiration dates on external collaborations.
